Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in yogurt, curry powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, and salt for at least one hour or overnight.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté diced onions until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant, then incorporate crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream; simmer gently for five minutes.
- Add marinated chicken; cook until no longer pink (10-15 minutes).
- Serve hot with basmati rice or naan.
