Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt butter and mix in sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and flour until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and egg. Gently fold in half of the blackberries.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan, layer with cheesecake mixture, add remaining brownie batter on top, and swirl with remaining cheesecake.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly soft. Cool completely before slicing.
