Ingredients

  • Fettuccine Pasta
  • Large Shrimp
  • Ribeye or Sirloin Steak
  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Heavy Cream
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Green Onions
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds).
  3. Toss in seasoned shrimp; cook until pink (3-4 minutes). Remove shrimp from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add thinly sliced steak seasoned with Cajun spice; sear until browned (about 5 minutes). Return shrimp to skillet.
  5. Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream, scraping up brown bits. Stir gently until combined and bubbling.
  6. Mix in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add drained fettuccine to the sauce; toss gently to coat.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
