- Ribeye or Sirloin Steak
- Cajun Seasoning
- Heavy Cream
- Garlic

Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds).
- Toss in seasoned shrimp; cook until pink (3-4 minutes). Remove shrimp from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add thinly sliced steak seasoned with Cajun spice; sear until browned (about 5 minutes). Return shrimp to skillet.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream, scraping up brown bits. Stir gently until combined and bubbling.
- Mix in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
- Add drained fettuccine to the sauce; toss gently to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
