- 1 loaf of Italian bread or French baguette
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or a mix with Parmesan/Cheddar)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place it cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter and minced garlic until well mixed.
- Spread the garlic-butter mixture evenly over each half of the bread.
- Generously sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
