Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions over medium heat until fragrant; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and seasonings until well combined.
- Whisk together milk and melted butter in a bowl, then pour it over the beef-potato mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
