- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Assorted bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
- Red onions
- Garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop bell peppers and red onions into even pieces.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with alternating vegetables.
- Heat grill to medium-high (375°F/190°C) and lightly oil.
- Cook skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh herbs or serve with yogurt sauce if desired.
