Instructions
- 1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 2. Cook the Chicken: Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
- 3. Prepare Sauce: Whisk tahini paste with lemon juice, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.

- 5. Add Vegetables: Top with diced cucumbers and tomatoes. Drizzle with tahini sauce.
