- 3–4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 ripe avocados
- Fresh cilantro
- Sour cream
- Large flour tortillas
- Lime juice
- Ground cumin
- Smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook the marinated chicken until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove from heat and shred.
- In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt to make guacamole.
- Assemble each burrito by placing shredded chicken and mashed avocado on a tortilla. Add sour cream and any additional toppings you prefer.
- Fold sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from one end to another. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
