Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Mix all-purpose flour with warm water until it forms a rough dough. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll Out Dough: Divide rested dough into portions and roll each into thin circles about three inches wide.
- Fill Dumplings: Place one tablespoon of filling on each wrapper, moisten edges with water, fold over to seal tightly.
- Cook Dumplings: Steam or boil dumplings in salted water for about 5-6 minutes until they float.
- Serve with Dipping Sauce: Drizzle rice vinegar mixed with soy sauce over cooked dumplings.
