Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until bubbly but not browned. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Let it simmer gently for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately over your favorite pasta, ideally fettuccine.
