- 1.5 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and pat dry.
- Prepare two bowls: one with beaten eggs and another with flour mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Coat each chicken piece in egg, then dredge in the flour mixture until fully covered.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to approximately 350°F (175°C).
- Fry breaded chicken for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, warm honey with water until drizzable.
- Drizzle honey over fried chicken before serving.
