- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Clean and cut the potatoes into even bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs until mixed.
- Toss the potato pieces in the mixture until thoroughly coated.
- Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle melted garlic butter over warm potatoes before serving.
