Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas; pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and desired spices.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
