Instructions
- Marinate the beef by combining flank steak with olive oil and fajita seasoning in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated steak slices for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté sliced onions and bell peppers for 4-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Return cooked beef to the skillet with vegetables, toss together until heated through, and serve immediately with warm tortillas.
