- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; stir well to coat.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, mix cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Add cooked macaroni and chicken mixture into the saucepan; stir until combined.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
