Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F).
- Remove chicken from skillet. Lower heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Deglaze with chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream and paprika.
- Return chicken to the skillet; let simmer in sauce for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
