- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Place a generous spoonful of shredded mozzarella in the center of each biscuit. Fold over and seal edges tightly.
- In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each cheesy bomb with garlic butter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
