Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to the baking dish, pour crushed tomatoes on top, and sprinkle with garlic powder and fresh basil.
- Layer fresh mozzarella over each piece of chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
