Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Gradually add fresh spinach, stirring until wilted (2-3 minutes).
- Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture and stir gently.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top just before serving.
