Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.
- Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each slice.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the cream cheese.
- Roll up the bread tightly like a burrito.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture; cook in the skillet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
