Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Chop garlic and measure spices.
- Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown each chicken breast on both sides.
- Add aromatics: Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Create the sauce: Combine broth, heavy cream, and herbs in a bowl; whisk until smooth.
- Combine in the crock pot: Place seared chicken in the crock pot, pour sauce over it.
- Cook: Set on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until tender.
