- 2 cups animal cookies
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Colorful sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush animal cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in sugar.
- Add sour cream and vanilla extract, blending until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour half of the filling onto the cooled crust, layer with crushed cookies, then add the remaining filling on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
