Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes. In a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and toss until well-coated.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper; stir gently to combine.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated parmesan over the warm potatoes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
