- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pita bread or rice (for serving)
- Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers)
- Tahini sauce or yogurt sauce
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- 3. Grill the chicken: Cook marinated chicken on the grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- 4. Rest the chicken for five minutes before slicing.
- 5. Assemble your bowl: Layer sliced chicken over warm pita or rice. Top with fresh veggies and drizzle with tahini or yogurt sauce.
