Instructions
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions until translucent (5-7 minutes).
- Add ground lamb, cumin, and paprika; cook until browned (8-10 minutes), breaking up clumps.
- Stir in tomato paste and minced garlic; cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
