- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons or crostini
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- In the same pan, sauté chopped romaine lettuce for 1-2 minutes until slightly wilted but still vibrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing and lemon juice until smooth.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips and toss with sautéed lettuce, dressing, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top for a delightful finish.
