- 4 Halal chicken sausages
- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- Salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chop bell peppers and onions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook sliced halal chicken sausages until browned (5–7 minutes).
- Remove sausages and sauté onions and bell peppers in the same skillet for 3–4 minutes.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper; pour into the skillet. Stir until scrambled (about 3 minutes).
- Assemble wraps by layering the egg mixture, sausage slices, and cheese onto tortillas.
- Roll tortillas tightly; toast in a dry skillet until golden brown (2 minutes per side).
