Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings (fresh or thawed)
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and rice vinegar; reserve some sauce for later.
- Coat the wings with half of the honey garlic mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes; then broil for an additional 5 minutes to crisp the skin.
- Drizzle with reserved sauce before serving warm.
