Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (fresh or thawed)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 1 tablespoon water)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and cornstarch mixed with water until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and pour half of the marinade over them. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle remaining marinade over salmon before serving. Optionally broil for an additional minute for a stickier glaze.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
