Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
- Grill or bake the salmon for about 6-8 minutes per side until it flakes easily with a fork.
