- Biscuit mix
- Buttermilk
- Hot honey sauce (honey + chili flakes/hot sauce)
- Poultry seasoning
- Low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Season chicken breasts with poultry seasoning and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix biscuit mix and buttermilk until just combined; avoid overworking the dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1 inch thick and cut into rounds.
- Place biscuits on one side of the baking sheet and seasoned chicken on the other side.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle hot honey sauce over both the biscuits and chicken before serving.
