Instructions
- Marinate the lamb: In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add lamb strips and coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Cook the lamb: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated lamb strips and cook for 8-10 minutes until browned.
- Warm the pita: While cooking the lamb, warm pita bread in a separate pan.
- Assemble: Place cooked lamb on warm pita bread. Top with fresh vegetables and drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
