- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp tahini paste (for sauce)
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients. Finely chop parsley and mince garlic.
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, parsley, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into oval patties or mold around skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Grill koftas for approximately 8-10 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Serve warm with tahini sauce or yogurt dip.
