Instructions
- Wash romaine leaves under cold water; pat dry.
- In a pan over medium heat, cook ground chicken or turkey until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, then chopped bell peppers and carrots; sauté for 3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil; simmer for 2 minutes to blend flavors.
- Spoon filling into each romaine leaf, topping with green onions and cilantro if desired. Roll up and serve immediately with soy sauce or chili sauce on the side.
