- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Fresh garlic
- Jack cheese (or cheddar)
- Chicken broth
- Heavy cream
- Seasoning blend (paprika, salt, pepper)
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in the dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir in seasoning blend and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Mix half of the jack cheese into the sauce until melted; pour over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Add remaining jack cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
