Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

- In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients using a spatula until just combined; do not overmix.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once cooled slightly, roll each cruffin in cinnamon sugar while still warm.
