- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 package gelatin jello (various flavors)
- 1 container whipped topping
- Fresh fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and water until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool slightly, then poke holes all over the surface with a skewer or fork.
- Prepare jello according to package instructions and pour evenly over the poked cake.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours. Before serving, top with whipped topping and fresh fruit if desired.
