Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until creamy.
- Gently fold in sour cream and vanilla extract for an airy texture.
- Puree half of the blackberries, mix with dissolved gelatin, and incorporate into the filling mixture.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with remaining fresh blackberries before serving.
