- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices (or preferred filling)
- Pasta sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to ¼ inch thick; cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to seal edges firmly with fingers or a fork.
- Arrange rolls in air fryer basket; spray lightly with cooking oil.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving with pasta sauce.
