Instructions
- Slice flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
- Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces; mince garlic.
- Marinate beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté marinated beef until browned (about 3 minutes).
- Add broccoli and garlic; stir-fry until bright green (about 5 minutes).
- Mix brown sugar, sesame oil, and soy sauce; pour over the stir-fry.
- Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, then serve hot.
