- 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Brown the Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet with onions. Cook until browned, breaking it apart (7-10 minutes).
- Add Mushrooms and Garlic: Stir in sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, cooking until mushrooms are tender (about 5 minutes).
- Create the Sauce: Sprinkle gravy mix over meat mixture; gradually add water per package instructions while stirring.
- Mix in Sour Cream: Lower heat and blend in sour cream until fully incorporated (about 2 minutes).
- Serve: Plate hot stroganoff over egg noodles and garnish with parsley.
