- 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream (whole)
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla, mixing well.
- Fold in half of the blackberries gently. Pour filling over cooled crust and top with remaining blackberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.
