- Fettuccine or linguine pasta
- Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- Cajun seasoning
- Heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp seasoned with Cajun seasoning; cook until pink (about 3 minutes per side).
- Stir in sliced bell peppers; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently, adjusting thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
- Toss cooked pasta into the skillet; mix well and stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
