Instructions

- Whisk in warmed milk until smooth; continue cooking until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat to low, gradually add cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce; stir until well coated.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly over the mixture and broil on low for about three minutes until golden brown.
