Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice each mini bagel in half horizontally.
- Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Top with pepperoni slices and any additional veggies.
- Add a sprinkle of dried Italian herbs for flavor.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
