- 1 cup pepperoni slices (or preferred fillings)
- ½ cup pizza sauce (for filling and dipping)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and layer pepperoni.
- Cut the dough into small squares (approximately three inches wide).
- Roll each square tightly from one edge to enclose the filling, sealing the ends.
- Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
