- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Place chicken in the skillet, cooking for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Pour in the lemon juice and add lemon zest; simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
