Ingredients
- 3–4 lbs chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Rub the chuck roast with ranch seasoning on all sides.
- In a skillet, sear the seasoned roast over medium-high heat until browned on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Transfer the roast to a slow cooker, sprinkle au jus gravy mix on top, and add pepperoncini peppers with their juice.
- Pour beef broth around the edges of the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until fork-tender.
