Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned salmon and flake it into a bowl using a fork.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, eggs, Dijon mustard, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties (about 2 inches wide).
