Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and coat generously with the marinade.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets before baking.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
